Bye Bye Rodeo........

Matt gets home from school around 12:30pm to find that the Rodeo has been hit in the parking lot. No note was left, but we weren't really expecting one, because why would someone take responsibility for the damage they caused.
Luckily Matt didn't have to work that day. So we where able to handle everything that comes with being a victim of a hit and run. We went to the police station, filed a report. Called the insurance company to file a claim. Then after a few hours passed, we watched the tow truck relocate the Rodeo to the shop. The shock of the Rodeo being unusable hasn't settled. Such is life. Such is our life. At this point I'm just very thankful we have a second vehicle.
This was really the icing on the cake. But with that said, we are really handling the situation well. Because really what can you do? The Rodeo is most likely totaled, and now its time to look for another 4WD vehicle. Hopefully we will hear from the Insurance Company by Monday.

The car that hit the Rodeo we believe to be a white tuck or SUV. We believe it happened between 6:30pm 11/19 and 4:30am 11/20. The vehicle hit us pretty good. As you can see from the pictures it hit us hard enough to slide into the green truck. Which thankfully we hit there tire and no damage was made to their vehicle. Looks like some frame damage, among other things. What a mess!

Matt and I had plans to go out that night, with a couple of friends. And this wasn't going to ruin are night. So we went to Southern Sun. And I swear some good company, good food and drinks really takes your mind off of things.
